You can add some slices of grilled chicken or tuna, if you desire a more substantial meal. Otherwise, this avocado toast recipe is a wonder all by itself.
Avocado Toast Recipe with Lemon and Chile
Makes 4 servings
Divide the avocado in half, remove the pit and carefully remove the skin. Slice the avocado into thin boats. Divide the toast on a plate and spread the avocado, salt, chile, lemon zest, lemon juice, and drizzle a little oil over the top. Ready to serve!
