Drinking water and exercising will help to eliminate weight. many of the over weight people follow for a short while and then are lazy..watching TV, let night shows...this will adversely effect them..

Dedication and the commitment is the key to success in every field and the same goes with weight loss..i heard many people saying that after a regular weight loss ways they are still the same in weight..i think they are getting bad names to weight loss tricks..

There are many and you need to follow them and bring them into your habits..
