		<description><![CDATA[As a natural, organic skin care manufacturer, I often suggest to our customers that when the climate (and skin) become drier, keep the skin hydrated by spritzing with an organic toner or floral water that has a natural humectant (water binding agent), like vegetable glycerin or honey, added to it.  So often we load up on way too much moisturizer to combat a dry skin condition, when often all we simply need to do is replenish and protect the skin&#039;s water, not oil, content.  Cheers!
