I&#039;m not sure who&#039;s diagnosing and treating you, but you need to see a board-certified rheumatologist. If you&#039;ve already seen one, you should get a second opinion, as MCTD is a complex diagnosis.

If there&#039;s a university medical center near you, take advantage of the brain power and see a rheumatologist there. Otherwise, you can find a board-certified MD through the American College of Rheumatology. Here&#039;s a link to their website: http://www.rheumatology.org/directory/geo.asp?aud=pat

		<description>I just started reusing the dryer balls and now that I know they are toxic, out they go! I know there are better, safer alternatives to soften your clothes. I quit using commercial laundry detergent years ago. Safer detergent can be pricey, so we but ours (Citra Suds) in bulk (it tends to be a bit cheaper.)</description>
