Very interesting. It is so important to try to find the best, organic and grass fed meat if one is going to eat it. I used to work at a chain grocery store when the main manager told me once that much of the meat (like steaks and roast) were coated with preservatives and a red "solution" to keep the meat looking "pretty" like it is supposed to longer. Without the solution it would have turned gray. It is very sad to hear that one cannot trust their attempts to purchase better are actually paying off. Just one more reason to try to find someone local to purchase organic meat from!
