I am conservative in my politics and financial view, however I am absolutely aware of the dangers of fast food, artificial food, genetically modified ingredients, fillers, corn syrup, MSG, hydrogenated oils, pesticides, etc. I and my family eat no meat except fish and no dairy unless it is organic…our vegetables are organic and we belong to a CSA so that we can support local farmers. I make the majority of our food from scratch and don’t have processed food in the house.
