Green Truckin’

That’s the Green Truck. And it’s a great idea! Based out of Culver City, California, this mobile catering service drives around providing local, sustainable organic food to hungry workers, similar to traditional job-site lunch trucks.

It gets better! The truck itself is a green masterpiece. The food is served in green packaging, the commissary is solar powered and it’s fueled by vegetable oil. So cool! Reminds me of the Veggie Mobile, the farmers market on wheels serving upstate New York.
