This would be an excellent time for distressed dairy farmers to buy bottling equipment and sell raw milk in spite of any state laws forbidding the sale. Force it into the courts. Milk lovers would pay a hefty premium for raw organic dairy products. When raw dairy was outlawed, hardly anybody was using it anymore because they bought at the newfangled super market. Only the very finest name and store brands. They new they were protected by the governments against nasty germs. Now more and more people are learning that raw dairy is health food and processed dairy is poison. So called lactose intolerant people have no problem with raw dairy, which contains lactase, the enzyme needed to digest lactose. Lactose intolerant people can also drink processed poison without complaint if they consume it with a lactase enzyme supplement. If dairy farmers will not give the public what the public wants, there is no good reason for them to remain in business.
