Some months ago during NPR’s Market Place I also heard the add by Monsanto. I emailed the station with my view and disgust concerning their choice of sponsors, but….. money talks.. I have told my friends and I have stopped donating to public radio… What can we do to get foods labelled so that the public knows what they are eating??? I wrote to my state representative but I have not received a reply…

Sheri, the movie “The World According to Monsanto” covers them even more extensively. You should check it out if you haven’t already. I rented my copy from the college library.

This is infuriating! I am getting so tired of companies using people’s concerns for health, for a better environment and for food not laden with chemicals as a marketing tool! It is important to keep exposing these companies, to call them to the carpet so they can not hide behind their lobbying dollars and their political connections. We can only work hard and speak loudly for a better future right?!
