Substitute Tofutti,&quot;better than cream cheese&quot; and not more than 1/3C; use highest fiber bread you can find e.g. 9grain toasted bread crumbs and cut amount to 1/2C. Use more walnuts or tomato for volume if nec, use a dab of mayo for liquid if nec.</description>
