		<description>I adore gourmet salts.  They add a chef&#039;s touch to any dish.  The balsamic sea salt sounds amazing.  I stumbled upon another neat company doing salts in my neighborhood in Seattle just last week at the farmers market.  They do a nicoise olive sea salt, and some pretty interesting other flavors too, like apple five-spice and cherry pistachio.  Definitely worth checking out.  They have recipes on their website and blog that I&#039;ve already tried making at home.   www.secretsalts.com
