This is my favorite goat cheese. I tasted a sample at the Tucson street fair and I was hooked. The natural flavor is so good to me that I don't even need the flavored ones. A lot of goat cheeses are very tangy and "goaty" as the article states, but Coonridge's cheese is very smooth and mellow without losing the "goat cheese" flavor. I wonder if it comes from the feed? I have no idea, but I'm glad they started selling it in one of my local stores. A bit expensive but always a tasty splurge.
