Hi. We have just bought a house in Bulgaria that produces one tonne of white grapes per annum and really want to learn how to make organic wine as we are allergic to sulfites. Great to stumble onto this website.

In the past when it came to making a good wine from grapes, I've always selected to use a kit. Unlike my country wines where I've always gone from the fruit. Although I still feel it's more work due to the amount of grapes needed, your post makes me want to give it a try.

My wife has been asking about organic wines for months. There just doesn't seem to be that much selection at our local stores. Thanks for the great info!

This “Wine on Premises” concept offers the individual to be involved from beginning to end. (Tasting, selection, producing, bottling, and personalized labels).

I just met a very nice winemaker in Berkeley, CA http://www.harringtonwine.com (the wines are vegan but not organic) and I'm very interested in learning more about making organic wine. I'm excited to hear more about your adventures.
