Yes we do need to progress but we need to take some time for all the pages to be read by all (we the public) so we can give input not by only a select few.

I really hope that political agendas and personal ambitions do not get in the way of progress. It is nice to see that more people are taking the threat of global warming seriously, but we must act quickly if we really want to reverse the damage we've done over the years. Banks like New Resource Bank, ShoreBank and e3bank (who I just happen to be lucky enough to work with) are trying to lead the way in providing programs for those looking to make the transition to cleaner energy, but the government needs to get involved to make it happen on a larger scale.
