Many creatures are struggling to cope with climate change. The United Kingdom’s National Trust has compiled this list of animals facing peril if 2009 has a wet summer. Via BBC News:

• Snowdrops and red admiral butterflies

• Bees

• Blue and great tits

• Moths, hoverflies, ladybirds, dragonflies and other butterflies

• Puffins

• Autumn cranefly

• Lesser horseshoe bats
