<p>Campbell's Soup's recent move to discontinue use of the controversial chemical BPA (bisphenol-A) in its soup cans shed more light on the growing concern over hormone-disrupting chemicals found in a wide variety of household products. And the hotly debated issue shows no sign of slowing down as a new scientific paper published in the journal Endocrine Reviews suggests that even very low levels of exposure to these toxins have profoundly adverse effects on human health.</p>]]></description>
