		<description><![CDATA[The future impact on the USA and even Canada where I live (which has always been thought of to have an abundance of fresh water) is significant, however, when one considers that there 844 Million People today in the world (that is more than 10% of the worlds population) who do not have access to clean water daily - it becomes a crises.
