Lamb With Lavender

A Provençal recipe, this simple roasted lamb dish substitutes freshly picked lavender for conventional rosemary. Make small incisions in a leg of lamb, and tuck fresh lavender sprigs inside. Brown the lamb on all sides, then roast it at 350 degrees for 75 minutes, basting every 15 minutes.
