Organic, Healthy Bloody Mary
True, the “hair of the dog” method isn’t for everyone, and it’s not the healthiest option. That’s why we suggest keeping this cocktail a virgin (we do, however, list a few organic vodka options just in case).
Combine vodka, tomato juice, Worcestershire and hot sauce, horseradish, lemon juice, cayenne pepper and celery salt with a cup of ice cubes. After shaking well, strain into glass with ice cubes. Add celery stalk and three green olives on a fruit stick. Lace drink with Sherry mix and top off glass with lemon wedge.

Post-Cocktail, Healthy Breakfast
What to wash down with that tasty Bloody Mary? An omelet, of course. And no. We aren’t referring to a “greasy spoon” cheese-laden disaster. The following omelet is made of organic ingredients, and is healthy.
Serves: four; prep: 10 min; cook: 24 min; total: 34 min
Preheat oven to 200°F.
Coat baking sheet with organic cooking spray. In a medium bowl, whisk together eggs, egg whites, water, Italian seasoning and salt. Coat large nonstick skillet with cooking spray and place over medium-high heat. Add mushrooms, onion, pepper, and garlic, and cook. Stir often for four minutes or until pepper starts to soften. Add spinach and cook for one minute or until spinach is wilted. Place in small bowl and cover.
Wipe skillet with paper towel. Coat with organic cooking spray and place over medium heat. Pour in half the egg mixture. Cook for two minutes or until the bottom begins to set. Using a spatula, lift edges to allow uncooked mixture to flow to the bottom of the pan. Cook for two minutes longer, or until set. Sprinkle with half of the reserved vegetable mixture and half the cheese. Cover and cook for two minutes, or until the cheese melts. Using a spatula, fold the egg mixture in half. Place on prepared baking sheet and place in the oven to keep warm. To serve, cut each omelet in half.
