Here at Organic Authority, we love tea. And we're not alone: tea is gaining popularity in America, where it's traditionally been a distant second to coffee. But now, more and more people (including myself) are quitting coffee and switching to milder herbal brews.

The benefits of tea drinking are clear: more antioxidantssweeter breath and healthier teeth, lowered risks of diabetes and cancer, better appetite control. Not to mention, you'd have to drink a lot of green tea before you got the dreaded caffeine jitters.

Here's a roundup of some of the best Organic Authority articles on tea.

First, you'll need to know How to Brew a Perfect Cup of Tea, Make a Pitcher of Iced Tea or Brew a Batch of Sun Tea.

Or maybe you'd like to brew up an original recipe for Yogi Tea, Hibiscus Tea, Cardamom Tea, Orange Spiced Tea or a Sparkling Sangria-style Iced Tea.

Throw a Tea Party (for one or more)! Serve up some homemade Irish Brown Scones or fragrant Lavender Pumpkin Scones. And don't skip the sandwiches: Cucumber Dill Tea Sandwiches, Smoked Salmon & Radicchio Tea Sandwiches, or go wild with Tomato, Bacon, Avocado & Arugula Pesto Tea Sandwiches. Finish with a light, fruity dessert: Organic Cranberry Tea Spice Cake or an Austrian Apple Strudel.

And should that tea party go a bit late, you can always serve up Basil Mo-tea-tos or Blood Orange Marga-tea-tas.

Big tea drinkers: consider Growing Your Own Herbal Tea Garden.

And once you're done brewing, try these 10 Ways to Reuse Tea Bags (or Leaves).

Have fun, enjoy your herbs, and remember: Avoid the instant stuff, skip the milk and sugar, and stay healthy and tea-happy!
