Try this delicious Blueberry Banana Smoothie with Organic Whey to kick up your protein, antioxidant and mineral intake in the mornings. With just 4-5 ingredients, this smoothie is super easy to whip up in a blender and delicious.
Ingredients:
1 large ripe banana, peeled 1 cup of milk of your choice like almond or coconut milk 1 cup frozen blueberries 1-2 tablespoons of raw organic honey 2-4 tablespoons of Organic Whey
Method:
Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Serve immediately and enjoy!
