Our Facebook Favs of the Week:
- Sandi White They should have their business license revolked, and then be fined $1-million a day until they disclose and destroy every illegal crop they have. Or maybe citizens should do what the USDA won’t (because they’re in bed together), and organize Occupy Illegal Crop burning parties. Herbicide-Resistant Monsanto GMOs Planted Before USDA Approved
- Parin Stormlaughter The only safe way to improve food is to improve the soil that vegetables are grown in – and I mean with composts, organic matter, proper crop rotation, and good rainfall. Can a Food’s Nutrition be ‘Improved?’
- Carrie Martin Most cities have local juiceries. Find one and support them instead. So much better!! Whole Foods and Starbucks Partner on Fresh Juice Offerings
- Flo DiBona Great article. Most people do not realize the nuances of cannabis and the different properties associated with the strains and hybrids. Growing and harvesting cannabis is like growing and harvesting wine grapes – there are great nuances and techniques to it. As important as understanding the difference in indicas/sativas is also understanding what is best for you and your body and understanding your tolerances because medical grade cannabis is typically far stronger than what was once available through “a friend of a friend” buying. Cannabis is NOT a “gateway” drug as we have been led to believe. It is a sacred plant that has been around for centuries and used for centuries as a healing plant.
