Ingredients:

1 Pound Dried Mung Beans
8 Cups Water
Sugar or Honey

Method:

Place the mung beans in a pot with the water and heat until boiling. Simmer for 2 hours, until the beans are softened. Add sugar or honey to taste. If suffering from skin problems, omit the sugar. Drink hot or cold totalduring dry, hot weather.

Mung beans are available at most Asian markets.
