Check out this healthy, simple recipe for fresh, creamy almond milk. It's delicious and good for you—it has tons of protein and fiber!
Ingredients:
1 cup raw almonds or cashews 3 cups water Sugar or sweetener, to taste
Method:
Place all ingredients in heavy duty blender like a Vita Mix. Blend on high speed until completely combined and the liquid looks like milk. Taste for flavor, add more agave syrup if desired.
Note: If you don't like pulp strain milk with a fine mesh sieve over a large bowl.
