Pinterest is the fastest growing social network ever, and if you’ve ever flipped through a magazine or a catalog looking at pictures, you already know how to use it. But, if you’re looking for some excellent eco-friendly boards to follow, we have some suggestions.

Not every company, website or person out there gets how to really use Pinterest to their best advantage, but these are some we think are really getting it right:

  • Do the Green Thing — It calls itself, “An inspiration feed of creative ideas to turn green living from something you ought to do to something you want to do.”
  • AT_Green — If you’re looking to green your digs, Re:Nest from Apartment Therapy pins ton of green home design ideas.
  • Etsy — If you thought Etsy.com was addicting for finding beautiful handmade or vintage items, just wait until you get into Etsy on Pinterest…
  • Whole Living — The awesome print magazine pins its own great articles on healthy, natural living, as well as other cool finds from around the web.
