Cheesy Apple Cinnamon Raisin Grill

Makes 1 serving

2 slices cinnamon raisin bread
1 slice cheese
1/4 small apple, cut into thin slices
Butter, softened

Top one of the bread slices with cheese and apple slices. Cover with remaining bread slice.

Spread outside of sandwich with butter.

Cook in skillet on medium heat for 2 minutes on each side, or until golden brown on both sides.
