Indian Chickpea Dip

Indian Chickpea Dip takes only 8 minutes to prepare, which means you can spend less time in the kitchen and more time with friends and family. That’s something to celebrate!

Indian Chickpea Dip

Makes 8 servings (2 cups)

1 (15-ounce) can reduced-sodium chickpeas (garbanzo beans), rinsed and drained
1/2 cup light sour cream
1/4 cup chutney or apricot jam, chopped
1/4 cup yellow mustard
2 teaspoons curry powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 cup chopped cilantro (optional)

Blend beans, sour cream, jam, mustard, curry powder and salt in food processor until smooth. Stir in cilantro. Spoon into serving bowl. Serve with crackers or cut-up vegetables.
