Orange Cinnamon Breakfast Boost

Orange Cinnamon Breakfast Boost

Makes 2 servings

2 cups (16 ounces) 100% orange juice
1 cup low-fat vanilla yogurt
1 navel orange, peeled and cut into one-inch chunks
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon

  1. Place all ingredients into a blender container, and blend until smooth.
  2. Serve immediately or refrigerate.
