Sangria is a traditional Spanish punch made with red wine, sugar, fruit juice, club soda and spices, with fresh slices of fruit mixed into the brew. Depending on the recipe, some sangrias include brandy, while others substitute white wine for red.

Our weekend recipe for Sparkling Sangria Tea is a nonalcoholic option, and antioxidant-rich tea takes a starring role. Family members and guests will love the sophisticated, unexpected flavor combination.

Prep time is only 15 minutes, but chill the tea for about 2 hours before serving so the flavors can blend.

All of the ingredients should be available at your local natural and organic food store.
