  • Deni Harris Garlits This is just an observation but the thing that the Mediterranean and Scandinavian diets have in common is the is the use of whole foods vs the American diet of processed foods.

  • Angie D’Elia Lee I love it crispy… mmm!
  • Debbie Lewis-Gates The main reason for the GMO’s is because they cook with GMO oil. Chipotle gets most of their veggies from local farmers. The only Chipotle that does not have GMO’s is in Manhattan. I say if they can do it there, then why not throughout the chain. I eat mainly non-GMO, but if I am out and want some fresh food for lunch I will still pick Chipotle. They are still a lot healthier than other chains. I just hope they go completely non-GMo soon.
  • Julie Parker Perigard So easy to include chia seeds in your diet. They have no flavor. I have a bowl of berries with almond milk, a dollop of raw local honey, and a spoonful of chia seeds. Before I went dairy free I would put them in yogurt. I will also put them in smoothies. Warning: Gotta check your teeth afterwards though. LOL
  • Veronika Jose I will boycott USA California wine… is probably GMO….so hopefully other countries will have the sense to keep Monsanto & Roundup away
