Lavender Martini
Serves 1
Ingredients
For the mix:
- 1 cup chopped celery
- ½ cup water
- 1/3 cup lemon juice
- ½ teaspoon lavender flowers
For the cocktail:
- 1.5 parts of the mix
- 1 part gin
- A few drops of stevia
Directions

Place all the mix ingredients in a blender and blend until evenly combined. Pour through a sieve to filter through the chunks. Fill a shaker with ice and shake. Pour in the mix and gin in a 1.5:1 ratio along with a few drops of stevia. Shake and then pour into a martini glass. Enjoy!
Rose Margarita
Serves 1-2
Ingredients
- 1.5 ounces white tequila
- 1 ounce fresh lime juice
- 3 rose petals
- ¾ ounce rose syrup
- ¾ ounce orange liquor
- Rock salt
Directions
Place all ingredients in a shaker with ice and shake. Pour into a glass with a salted rim.
