The following two cocktail recipes include the decadent, sweetness of flowers, accenting the subtle flavors. Both cocktails are also full of fresh ingredients and have an authentic, homemade touch. This lavender martini is incredibly light, yet full of fresh fruit and vegetables. The rose margarita is a take on a classic, giving it a more sophisticated and aromatic touch. Enjoy these cocktail recipes outdoors, under the bright summer sun.

Lavender Martini

Serves 1


For the mix:

  • 1 cup chopped celery
  • ½ cup water
  • 1/3 cup lemon juice
  • ½ teaspoon lavender flowers

For the cocktail:

  • 1.5 parts of the mix
  • 1 part gin
  • A few drops of stevia

Place all the mix ingredients in a blender and blend until evenly combined. Pour through a sieve to filter through the chunks. Fill a shaker with ice and shake. Pour in the mix and gin in a 1.5:1 ratio along with a few drops of stevia. Shake and then pour into a martini glass. Enjoy!

Rose Margarita

Serves 1-2


  • 1.5 ounces white tequila
  • 1 ounce fresh lime juice
  • 3 rose petals
  • ¾ ounce rose syrup
  • ¾ ounce orange liquor
  • Rock salt


Place all ingredients in a shaker with ice and shake. Pour into a glass with a salted rim.
