1 cup filtered water
Juice of 1/2 lemon
1/4 teaspoon pink Himalayan sea salt
1 teaspoon baobab powder or another natural vitamin C powder
1/4 teaspoon ashwagandha
Mix all the ingredients together in a glass and drink.
