If you are ever in a pinch and can't make your own homemade turkey stock use this. Why is this turkey stock quick and easy? Instead of starting from scratch with water, and bones, you start with store bought, organic, chicken stock (I prefer the ones in the box, vs. can). Add to it, the turkey neck (and giblets if desired). Use this to make soup or a delicious gravy. You can use this recipe for Easy Fresh Herb Organic Turkey With Fresh Herb Gravy.
