The Ultimate Raw Vegan Creamy Salad Dressing
Makes about 1 cup

- 2 avocados
- 1 clove garlic
- Juice of 1 lemon
- 2 teaspoons Namu Shoyu (raw soy sauce)
- Small handful of fresh dill
- 2 tablespoons lukewarm water
Slice, pit and remove the flesh from the avocados. Place the avocado flesh into a food processor with the remainder of the ingredients and blend until smooth. Add more water, by the tablespoon, to thin the mixture out even more to your liking.
