DIY Relaxing Mustard Bath Soak

  • 1 cup baking soda
  • 1/4 mustard powder
  • 1/4 Epsom salts
  • 6 drops wintergreen essential oil
  • 6 drops rosemary essential oil
  • 6 drops eucalyptus essential oil

(add 3-4 drops of lavender or rose for a more fragrant relaxing bath)

Mix all of these ingredients together then add 6 tablespoons of mixture to running water. Store what is left preferably in a glass container.
