Serves 3-4

Ingredients

  • 2 cups tightly packed seedless, chopped fresh watermelon
  • 1 large handful of stemmed fresh mint
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 5 drops liquid stevia (or 3 packets of powdered stevia)
  • 5-6 ice cubes
Directions
Toss all the ingredients into a blender and mix until smooth. Enjoy with a fresh mint garnish!
