While I’m quite certain that all of Coconut Bliss’ flavors are amazing, I’m taken with its Cherry Amaretto. It’s sweet, but not too sweet. And it’s totally satisfying on its own as a small snack, or served alongside some pie or cake. This “ice cream” is organic and dairy-free, as well as soy and gluten-free.

I adore all of Hilary’s products (I’ve had most of them) but the brand’s best is its Veggie Bites. They’re perfectly crispy and not too greasy. I love, love, love this tofu. It’s great in any savory vegetarian or vegan dish, but I enjoy baking this tofu in the oven. I cut it into strips and serve it as snack-y tofu fries to friends as a happy hour snack.

Figs make the best dried fruit. I love to eat these before a run in the morning with my coffee and a handful of nuts. Shockingly, the concoction keeps me going for four-plus miles.

You knew we couldn’t get through a snack post without mentioning a Trader Joe’s product. I enjoy these crackers because they’re good — duh — and because they are made with wheat, rye, triticale, barley, corn, millet, soy, durum wheat, oats, sunflower seed, flaxseed, and sesame seeds. They also have a lot of fiber and don’t have hydrogenated oils and trans fats.

21. Mary’s Gone Crackers — variety of flavors
Yes, this is another cracker but they are so, so good. I use these as a topping on casseroles when I’m not chowing down on them as a snack. While all the flavors are great, I’m partial to the black pepper variety, which contains organic, gluten-free, whole grain brown rice, quinoa, flax seeds, and sesame seeds, as well as organic black pepper.

22. Mediterra Savory Bar
Fruit bars not your thing? We get it. That’s why we’ve included this savory bar in the mix. The bar comes in a handful of flavors, but we’re smitten with the Olive & Walnuts bar. It contains green pepper, black olives, extra virgin olive oil, pea crisps, and chives.

This is one of the best “regular breakfast bars” I’ve had the luck of tasting. MacroBars come in all sorts of flavors (I tried the sesame butter and dates – perfectly sweet and somewhat savory) and each bar is gluten-free, vegan, and organic. Talk about starting your day off right!
