One lucky Organic Authority reader will win a new KitchenAid® Pro Line® 16-Cup Food Processor With Hands-Free Commercial Style Dicing! Valued at $649 – this is the state of the art in kitchen appliances for you and the whole family. Want a chance to win? Read on for the details.
The new 16-cup Pro Line® Series food processor first slices, then cubes foods to create a precise 8mm brunoise dice without the need to manually push foods through its feed tube.
This innovation joins the ExactSlice™ system, another exclusive feature KitchenAid introduced in the food processor category at the 2011 Housewares Show. ExactSlice™ is the first slicing system to use an exterior lever for adjusting slicing thickness without changing blades and has been incorporated into the new 16-cup model.
"You no longer have to spend extra time chopping your veggies to get that “perfect cut.” This machine does it for you–and fast," says our own editor-in-chief, Laura Klein, who recently tested out the new KitchenAid processor. "If you do a lot of cooking and love throwing large dinner parties, KitchenAid’s 16-Quart Pro Line Food Processor may be for you. It’s made life in the kitchen for me deliciously easy. I like pushing the easy button."
