Monsanto, long seen as the gestapo of agribusiness, would like to see MORE genetically altered seeds and organisms used against the current food shortages. However, Michael Pollan, a staunch advocate of wholesome-organic food, believes the ethanol craze is driving the current food crisis and prefers a smaller, closer to home food solution.
