Your State’s Green Incentives…
If you keep up with environmental news you probably have some vague notion that state’s offer a variety of financial incentives, rebates and tax exemptions for installing renewable energy systems in your home or office building. I think. They do, right?
Yeah. They do. For example, Santa Monica, California has a green building grant program. New Jersey provides sales tax exemptions for solar and wind energy systems. And New York City gives property tax abatement for installing photovoltaic equipment.
