To make it to a blender one-eighth of the shell from a squeezed lemon along with the juice, sweetening and crushed ice to make a glass of lemonade. Whirl to blend them to an icy, refreshing slush.  The lemon shell adds aromatic flavor and all the phytonutrients in the zest and white pith. Use an organic lemon, of course.
