Ingredients
4 apples, quartered and cores removed
13 strawberries, stems removed (200g/1 1/4 cups whole strawberries)
Method
1. Assemble the juicer. Juice the apples making sure there is a large cup under the drop spout.
2. Once the apples are juiced, remove the lid, fit the blender unit on spindle on the lid and turn to lock into place.
3. Place the lid back on the juicer. Turn the machine on and juice the strawberries, it will come out as a puree.
4. Let the strawberry puree fall into the same cup as the apple juice.
5. Stir the juice with a long spoon, pour into serving glasses and enjoy.
Yield: 1 3/4 cups
