Fall head over heels with this upside down tomato tart inspired by the French apple dessert tarte tatin. Cherry tomatoes are the star of this tomato tatin recipe; pick your favorite multicolored heirloom varieties for a pretty presentation. Baked atop a flaky puff pastry, the tomatoes take on a caramelized flavor, making for a complex, but far from complicated, Meatless Monday main.

Stuffed tomatoes are a summer tradition in many countries, but our version offers a few unique twists. Our stuffed tomatoes are grilled, adding a note of charred flavor to the classic, but they're also stuffed with an uncommon mix of brown rice, zucchini, corn and a variety of summer herbs. The resulting tomatoes are bursting with the flavors of the season, making them a fantastic main or side.

Tomatoes and white beans are a natural pair, and they go particularly well together in this roasted tomato and white bean dish. In this recipe, tomatoes are cooked until caramelized and full of flavor, only to be paired with cannellini beans and cipolline onions. An Italian feel for a tasty summer dish.
