Wash Your Face!
If you know you are about to be in a sweaty situation - like a warm summer walk, hike or some vigorous exercise - cleanse your face before the sweat starts dripping. Block Sun Wisely
Sunblock can clog pores, especially the chemical-laden stuff. Instead opt for one our favorite natural sunscreens that has zinc in its ingredient list. The zinc will actually help fight acne, too!
Both inside and out, staying hydrated flushes those impurities out. Make sure you're drinking your fair share of water (maybe some coconut water!) and also replenishing the natural oils on your skin with aloe vera or a light moisturizer.
