The curcumin in cumin can inhibit the enzymes that allow cancer cells invade healthy tissue. It also can help keep tumors from developing new blood vessels.
This beautiful spice can help relieve PMS symptoms and depression. Saffron is great in dishes that contain shellfish, rice, tomatoes, garlic, and onion.
