  • Tequila (or mezcal)
  • Lime wedges
  • Mint sprigs (or your favorite herb like basil)


  1. Start by chopping watermelon and placing it into a blender.
  2. Blend until a liquid forms.
  3. Grab a cocktail glass and line with sugar or salt (optional).
  4. Add ice and one shot of tequila to the glass.
  5. Pour in blended watermelon.
  6. Garnish with a lime wedge and mint.
