Hi Alyice,

Thank you for your comments! Here is a list to start with for organic produce and meats. Fish is a tough one because there is not an official certification for "organic fish." The best thing to do with fish (and for any type of meat and vegtable or fruit for that matter) is to ask your local fish monger how the fish is raised. Is it farm raised? Is it wild? Where was the fish caught? Have any chemicals or dyes been added to the meat to preserve its color and flavor? Generally speaking, I only eat wild fish and avoid farm raised fish.

Here are some recomendtions for organic produce and meats online:
www.diamondorganics.com
www.Organicexpress.com
www.naturalacres.com
www.Wellnessgrocer.com
www.homesteadhealthyfoods.com/
www.Organic-meat.com
www.Wholesomeharvest.com

Please let us know if we can answer any more questions!

Get healthy, go organic!
