Denny’s New Fried Cheese Melt
Its over, forget 2012. We might as well pack it in now. This is food? According to Denny’s it is. Introducing the Fried Cheese Melt, Denny’s new grilled cheese sandwich with four fried mozzarella sticks stuffed inside.
We wonder why there’s an obesity epidemic. That’s why! You can’t serve that much melted cheese and NOT make America fatter. I’m lactose intolerant and I’m barely holding it together just looking at that picture.
But, if you don’t think your Levi’s are tight enough, for $4 you can drown your sorrows in this ooey-gooey monstrosity, which comes with a complimentary 895 calories, 34 grams of fat, and 2,565 milligrams of sodium.
If that’s not enough, you can always head to Carl’s Jr. for a Footlong Cheeseburger or go to Friendly’s for a Grilled Cheese Burger Melt, which is a hamburger squashed between two grilled cheese sandwiches. Better yet, blow $69 on a hotdog topped with duck foie gras and black truffles.
Ugh, nobody goes to the circus anymore, but we still love a good freak show, especially one we can jam in our mouths. Did I mention the doughnut hamburger?
