Top 7 Juicing Recipes For Fall Fruits and Veggies

1. Pears and Berries
Ingredients
½ cup blueberries
½ cup cherries
3 pears, cored
1 apple, cored
Juicing Method
Blend or juice your berries on low speed and the other fruits on high. Combine and enjoy.
2. Pumpkin Apple Pie
Ingredients
½ cup pumpkin flesh
3 apples, cored
1 tablespoon honey (or a pitted date)
1 teaspoon vanilla
¼ teaspoon cinnamon
dash of ground cloves
dash of ground ginger
dash of ground nutmeg
Juicing Method
Blend or juice fruits (and date, if desired) on high. Add vanilla and spices. Thin with water if desired.
3. Carrots and Beets
Ingredients
1 beet, peeled
4 carrots
2 apples, cored
½ lemon
¼ inch of fresh ginger, peeled

1/3 cup cranberries
½ cup pineapple chunks
1 lemon
2 oranges
1 apple, cored
2 stalks celery
Juicing Method
Blend or juice berries, pineapple and citrus on low and then remaining ingredients on high. Drink daily for one week in lieu of one meal to cleanse.
5. Thyroid Booster
Adapted from Hypothyroid Drink.
Ingredients
1 carrot
1 beet, peeled
½ cup pineapple chunks
2 apples, cored
Juicing Method
Blend or juice on high, and drink once daily to boost metabolism and thyroid function.
6. Pumpkin Juice Cider
Ingredients
About 1 cup liquid strained from your homemade pumpkin puree*
½ teaspoon cinnamon
¼ teaspoon nutmeg
pinch of ground ginger
pinch of ground cloves
honey to taste
Method
Warm up your pumpkin liquid and add spices. Whisk until combined. Add honey to taste.
*If you don’t have any liquid, water down some prepared pumpkin puree to your desired consistency.
7. Sangria Mix
Ingredients
2 lemons
2 oranges
1 peach, pit removed
2 apples
¼ teaspoon cinnamon
honey to taste
Juicing Method
Mix the remnants of your summer seasonal peaches with your fresh fall apples and citrus to make this delicious treat.
Juice or blend your citrus and peach on low. Switch to high for apples and juice or blend. Add cinnamon. Sweeten with honey to taste.
