1 avocado, pitted and skinned
2 tablespoons egg whites
3 tablespoons olive oil
Method
Mash up the avocado before mixing in egg whites and olive oil. Whip the mixture until it has a creamy consistency, similar to conditioner. Apply the mixture to your hair and cover with a shower cap. Method
Fill a spray bottle with your favorite organic beer, and spray evenly over your hair. Rinse your hair thoroughly before washing with a natural shampoo.
